All cloud you please advice and helping me again when you have time. Because I have no idea. I was worked with only one Page company to whole in this my life untill have no name of PAGE. Except work with Thai Government. And also I have a lots very good friends with Page and with U.S. Military people showing in my history. All if I put my history work with Page to in PAGENEERS WEB SITE. I don't know it is good idea or not??. All if you think ok then please talk to Mr. Joe Mitchell when he have time please help me to put my history in Pageneers Web Site for me. OUTLAW HISTORY WITH PAGE COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERS., INC. VIETNAM WAR.

( I am poor English language please healp and forgive me, thank you very much )

In 1960 I am Mr. P. J. Taxi driver in Bangkok city of Thailand, I speak english a little and today I driving around looking for passenger long time pass by two hours now but bad luck today no body call me yet, and I keep driving go by the Montien hotel and I saw Mr. Joseph Waldschmitt calling me and I stop immediately, he asking me are you speak english? " I said yes sir " ( But really, I know english only few word such Women, Sleep, Thai Boxing, Howmuch, Go, Stop, Eat, Thankyou, Yes, No, Bye, normally I speak english by my hands ) and he ask me how much one day?, I told him 100 Baht, ( I charge him very high price because he is Foreigner and also I no make money today yet ) But he taked without bargain. ( I very happy that ) I drive him to U.S. Embassy, JUSMAG, Post office, Bank of America, Restaurant eat and he buy me lunch, after that we go back to his hotel and he paid me 120 Baht and he said pick me up tomorrow morning 7:00 am again, good night. ( OH!! May GOD, I'm surprised!, I'm rich and good luck today and I can't belive myself ) Next day 7:00 am I pick him up again at the same place and the first word he said in Thai to me " SA WAS DEE Mr. P. J." ( That mean, GOOD MORNING Mr. P. J. ) I am surprised! again, and we go to JUSMAGTHAI and Thai Military commander office, U.S. Embassy and back to his hotel again and this time he go get the door man hotel come to talk in Thai to me meaning if I like one year job work for him at Ubol province he will pay 2700 Baht/month with perdiem 30 Baht/day. So I think me and him work together one year in Ubol then I said to him quick " yes ok." And he said very good, see you tomorrow morning same time again, good night. So then I very happy and go back home right away to see my wife.

In 1960 - 1961 I start work with Page Communications Engineers, Inc. with Mr. Joseph Waldschmitt Mr. Jhon Kendrick Mr. Walt Mitchell and all we go to Ubol province. From Bangkok to Ubol 720 km. And we stay in John Geawki hotel and next day we go to see USIS Ubol, JUSTMAG Ubol, and General Thai Army commander Ubol, and we following by the Military map to see the place area where we will built Page office with two antennas square billboard 60 foot, and that time I have trouble with Philco crew at that place because they make mistake they are thought this place belong to them Philco, but really not right, because our map showing this place belong to us and then they got so mad and 5 Thai people together fighting me, but I am only one myself can not do it so I user 2 X 4 to help me untill the trouble finished and everything clear, and after that Mr. Waldschmitt Mr. Kenrick Mr. Mitchell said to me we give you new name now your name is " Mr. Outlaw " no Mr. P. J. no more. And from that day all Page people even Thai people called my name Outlaw from that day untill now, because no body know my real name. ( some time my pay cheque name Outlaw too.) And next day I drive Mr. Waldschmitt and Mr. Kendrick to the air port they will fly to Tan Son Nhut air port Sigon Vitenam and before they leave Mr. Walcdchmitt give me 2 pens (I still have it now) and said to me " you do good job, I will be back to see you again, sa was dee Mr. Outlaw bye bye now" and after later Mr. Mitchell called to Philippine country to contact with Mr. Oncina and later Oncina sent 3 Philippinos to see us in Ubol, And after that Mitchell fly to Da Nang Vietnam and he said he will come back again. And he let me work with 3 Philippinos survey we work at night time in the field jungel with mousquitos for watch star to check location to put Antennas, and we sleep in day time, and we work about two months, and Walt Mitchell come back to Ubol again. And later more Page people coming such Jhonie Britto, Hank Hugh, Bornie Banks, Tom Shimabukuro, Lewis Cross, Tolif Togisen, Bill Jackson, Ed Maggia, Dark Smith, Bruke Buckner, and 5 more Phillipinos from Phillipine, and hire more Thai employees, and Somboon construction company sub contractor, and we start build Page office, and make new road to the site, two Antennas square Billboard 60 foot Troposcatters, Microwave systems, MAC- 85, TRC-90, Generators Power Plant, at the junk place no have telephone no electrical no water no road no foods just have only junk wood with mosquitos and these troposcatters systems shoot to Da Nang site at Vietnam (this is the first Page office and first site in Thailand) And my job is driver, office boy, labourer, cleaning toilet room, carpinter, painter, packing man, buy foods and bring lunch for every body, mail post man, time keeper, buyer, helper everything, and co-with thai government how I can. And this period some Page American and Phillippinos got married with Thai wife and some has childrens, and some get divorce problem, and some fighting of each together, I was to do withness for them too, and some get accidents. Anyway Antennas 60 ft and everything the above complated in 1961. After that Walt Mitchell go to Vietnam again to built the Antennas at Da Nang site and another sites in Vietnam. And Mr. Jhony Britto engineers work in MAC- 85 Van and take over be site supperviser Warin Ubol. And after that for while U.S. Army USASTRATCOM about 200 Soldier come from USA and stay in this Camp Warin Ubol site, Page people and U.S. Army soldier we enjoyed work together in this site. And I have lots of friends with U.S. Army Soldiers in this camp because they needs me to buy lunch for them, but now I lose my note book address and can't touch with them no more. and also Capt. Morgan Chief Commander U.S. Army USASTRATCOM Warin Ubol Camp Thailand this site. We good friend together, and I still owe him something (not money ) I never pay him back yet till today, he remember that what I am still owe him for sure. ( 45 years long time now ) We never touch. If you see this my writing could you please let me know what and how I can pay you back??, then I will be happy that. ( I still have some pictures )

In 1962 - 1963 Page change antenna 60 foot to 120' and move 60' to Green Hill (GHL) and builde another two antennas 120 foot at Jones Park USASTRATCOM Korat site (KRT) and Bang Pla site (BAP) and Satahip site (SAP) this time more Page people coming work for IWCS and ICS and M & O such Mr. Al Piepho, J. B. Hemphill, Tim Gately, Leroy Jhonson, John Ruzica, George Fitzpatrick, Jim Ketner, Jim Mays, Ed Gaspari, Jim Bates, Jim weakfiel, Jim frice, Jim Anderson, Lary Brooks, Arol Young, Dick Taryer, Frank Wheeler, Charlie Bunch, Chescher, Frank Duckword, Paul Kriner, Kryler, Tony Locus, Ed Brown, Ed Hahn, Al Cliefe, Getner, Lieng, Tom morison, Austin, Bob Phelps, and others more name, and also Walt Mitchell come back again this time he be Zone Manager big boss big charge in Thailand now he is controlling all Page employees in Thailand. And also in June 1963 I drive Mitchell to pick up Mr. Waldchmitt at Air Port he come back to visiting Ubol site again ( I'm very happy to see him again ) and he give me a wallet for put cards and passport signed Page Communications Engineers, Inc. and the keys hang on, and he ask me " how do you like your job?, and to be good boy?, but Mitchell said this terrible guy, and Waldchmitt laugh." and I no say nothing to him, he stay at the site about 30 minuts and we take him back to air port and fly back again. And also this period I never forget Al Piepho one day I drive him to see Laos country we happy and enjoying there but when we come back he got problem with immigration border he can not get in Thailand again because his visa expired and there place it's junk woods place no have nothing there and that time 6:30 pm most get drake and I look at him his face is white and looks like he is very worried he might think where and how he can stay tonight ( If I don't like him I will let him stay at jungel woods with mosquitos and Communits there for sure) So after that I cleared the problem away and he can return back to Thailand again. And anotherday I take him to see Thai Boxing and see big temples and also Cows eat hot Thai foods and Thai noodle and we enjoyed that time. And this period some Page people got problems some got Hurts, some got Accidents, some Fighting, some Marrieds problem, some divorce old wife problem and get new married with Thai wife problem again. ( Oh! Head ache ) I have to be withness with them too, some got transfered, some got fired. Anyway everything completed. (I still have some photos)

In 1964 - 1974 Mr. Guy Warren and called me to work for him in Bangkok office, and Mr. Warren working both country between Vietnam and Thailand. And I met more Page people here such Mr.Dave Shepard, Mr. Bill Winters, Mr. Clayton Benner Mr. Bill Haycock, Mr. Bob Cook, Mr. Russ Jared, Mr. Tony Salad, Mr. H. Screcengost, Mr. J.B. Hemphill, Mr. Jim Mcleod, Mr. Ron Croft, Mr. Jhon Jansen, Mr. Jack Kinnally, Mr. Bob Drake, Mr. Alan Peck, Mr. Tom Riley, Mr.Gene LarGrone, Mr. Dick Yamada, Mike Angleton, Chalie Piterson, Ray Rowe, Ethan Grant, Ed Hahn, Jhon Wood, Ed Kurcina, Ed Barbour, Ed Brown, George Foreman, Gene Diresta, John Stacy, Chuck Lassiter, Chris Mims, Dida Andrew, Carlies Andrew, Gloria Faulkner, Tom Callahan, Roy, Joe Masilak, Bob Naft, Walt Corbett, Tom Morlise, and more large names, And this period my job is Supply office man, Buyer man, Zerox coppies man, Teletypethy Operator, ( I was talked with Miss Ba, and Miss Susan by Teletypethy everyday she is Teletypeth Operater in Page office Sigon Vietnam ), Telex Operator, Packing man, Post Local mail man, and U.S. Military Mail man, my U.S. ID card number U.S. Military APO 65-1475 date July 5, 1965 APO San Francisco 96346. I was pick up all mails and mailling letters for everybody at U.S. Military Klong Toy Base. JUSMAGTHAI. And Mr. Sgepard very kind to me very much I not forget that.

In 1967 (Include 1964-1974) Mr. Warren sent me to work with Jim Ketner he is chief engineers and site supervisor this project contract with U.S. Air Force Communications Group Contrat Number F-09603-67-A-RM02. USAF APO San Francisco 96237. USAF the sites Don Muang Royal Thai Air Base Site. Ubon RTAFB site. Roi-Et RTAFB site. Udron RTAFB site. For USAF Contract this time my Position is Office Manager, " Big Charge Now " ( No more cleanning toilet room ) and we do the job everything well done untill the contract complated. And I return to work in Bangkok office again. ( I have some photos )

In 1969 (Include 1964 - 1974) Mr. Warren sent me to work with Ray Rowe he is Chief engineers in this project Contract with USAF Number F-C-095440-69-ATCS-007 APO 96237. communications ( ATCS ) U.S. Air Force Base Thakli (TKL) to build antenna and mirowave system and installed radio for JET F-16 at TKL Base ( This is Top Secret TKL USAF Base very few people can work in this Base ) and Don Muang RTAF Base DMG (AOC/SOC), and Uta Poaw Base, (UTP) and we work everything going on well untill the contract complated, and U.S. Air Force very happy that. And I return back to work in Bangkok office again.

In 1971 (Include 1964 - 1974) Mr. Warren sent me to work in Iran. And a week before I go Iran, Mr. Warren like to see my house and family how I'm living. I take him to my house and see my wife and my childrens. This house very small because I rental 600 Baht / month, and before he go back he write the cheque 10,000. Baht give to my wife and tell her keep it for spend when Outlaw go to work at Iran. And before I leave him to Iran, he told me safe your money. And I go to Iran and met Mr. Dave Shepard, Mr. Clayton Benner, Mr. Gene LaGrone, Mr. Bob Naff, Mr. Walt Mitchell, Mr. Chalies Andrew, Mrs. Dida Andrew, Mr. Martin, Mr. Oncina Mr. John Stacy, they work in Teahran office. And Mr. Clayton Benner chief engineers M&O Iran project, he sent me to work M&O in Tubriz area center the south of Iran and I met Bob Drake, Joe Massilak,, Tom Morison, Jim Mays, and other. We have been works about 10 Sites on the Mountains at Tubrize area center close to Iraq country (I not sure how many site, will ask Mr. Benner again) Ho!!! Tubriz area south of Iran it's very very coll and this is first time in my life to see snow and very coll like this. I put the coke bottle out side window and 5 hours I want to drink but the coke is gone because bottle broken. But I love to work there because I keep all my salary in Bank. Not spend it. I spend only my perdiem S & Q cheque. And also Mr. Dave Shepard and Dida wrote and remind me always to safe the money not spend too much. So I have plenty money in the Bank that time. And I remind myself always when I go back home Thailand I will buy a new house in Bangkok for my own, and will buy used car too. It is make me very happy for thinking about that too. ( I have some photos )

In 1972 (Include 1964 - 1974) Mr. Warren called me back to Thailand again because he have important urgency work. I fly back from Iran to Bangkok and see 8 big Page people come from Page USA and stay at Montien Hotel, and Mr. Jack Kinnally chief of the group and see J.B. Hemphill too, and Mr. Warren order me to do urgency (1) Rental conference room with meeting table and coffee and 1 boy services at Montien hotel. (2) rental IBM 4 typehtre with 4 experiences typing Clerks. (3) rent big Xerox marchine and papers with zerox operator. (4) Buy writing papers and some office supply for office working. (5) Hire 1 helping men. (6) and renew extension visa for them stay in Thailand more few weeks. We have hurry work for proposal biding to U.S. Military in Thailand for Communications again at Vietnam country and Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos. And this time all every body include Mr. Warren working hard untill midnight most everyday. But I'm working hard with exciting more then every body. And after that I bought my new small house in Bangkok for my own money work from Iran, and everyone in my family very happy to have our own house, and also I take pictures my house to show Mr. Warren and he see that then he laugh and said to me " You do good boy Outlaw " So, I have my first own house since this year.

In 1973 (Include 1964 - 1974) Mr. Warren sent me to Vietnam and I met Mr. Tom Riley, J. B. Hemphill, Ray Rowe, Walt Corbett, Jim Bates, Ed Gaspari, and others names. And I have been work few site at Vietnam and some site up on the mountain.

( But This year I very worried Mr. Warren so much because before I come to Vietnam I see his health is look not so good and also he got stomact ulcer problem and his heart begining problem because I was taked him to Bangkok hospital often and stay there with him and doctor told me that he got heart problem don't let him working hard and let him take it easy, and also some night I had stay with him in his house because he feel sick and no body watch him he stay in his house alone because his maid working 6:oo am to 6:00 pm and go back her home. And sometime I see him looks like home sick. And sometime I take him to go playing golf with Col. Suthi Thai Army Defense (this Col. Suthi Mr. Alan Peck knew him too ) I really worry about him. And I was sued to called Claudia his daughter and Mrs. Elizabeth Warren his wife and they said will come to Thailand meet us soon how they can.

In 1974 (Include 1964 - 1974) Mr. Warren call me back from Viet Nam to work in Thailand again, and I fly back to Thailand and I see him look really not strong. And no body come from Florida to visit us in Thailand yet. And he works both place between Thailand and Vietnam untill almost Viet Cong take Vietnam over. In myself I don't like to see him work at Vietnam it very danger now. So when he go to work at Vietnam then I decide myself start packing his property and something belong to him in his mansion and mailing by U.S. Military APO San Fransico 96346 to his home Florida. And I called Mrs. Elizabeth Warren and Claudia told them that I was sent everything there. And 10 Nov.1974 Wareen come back from Viet Nam and he not see some his property in his mansion and then he laugh and said " Oh! looks like Outlaw kick me back home sooner" And after that we work and returned everything we rental and paid everything compleated and clear. Date 20 November 1974, today it is terrible day between me and him, and I can not write down details on here to show because very bad. It is Really Terrible date that day?. And before we go air port he give me 20,000. Baht cheque, and tell me this is small cheque for your bonus working with Page untill everything well done and thanks for everything too. And after that we go to Don Muang air port and then Mr. Guy Warren fly back home today 20 November 1974 to Florida ??.

In 1974 - XXXX I work full time with Thai government.

In 1985 - 1990 PAGE / CONTEL Mr. Guy Warren Vice President called me, Mr. Jim Mcleod Vice President Chief Engineers, Mr. John Jansen Vice President, Mr. Ron Croft Vice President, and Mr. Victor Clavelli Project Manager they all push me back to work with Page / Contel again for Royal Thai Air Defense Systems (RTADS) Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) between Thai Government and U.S. Government FMS Countract Program. The Contract was issued under the U.S. Department of Defense U.S. Government with the Royal Thai Air Force Thai Government Prime contract number FMS - TH - D - DEH - F19628 - C - 0007. And I assigned as In-Country Service Manager supporting to Royal Thai Air Defense Systems and Royal Thai Air Force Thai Government and contract through the U.S. Air Force Division (USAF) JUSMAGTHAI, an agency of the U.S. Embussy in Thailand. This contract I was representative to come meeting every Tuesday and Thurday two time every week at the Conference room RTAF Base. I had met people from U.S. Government such Maj. Gen. He come from USA to see me and signed the Contract and give to me be Assingned Representative Agency in Thailand country for GTE Government Communications Systems. And after that Thai Military Of Defense Headquarters require the C 3 I Communications with complete Systems. And 3 months later GTE USA tell me that we are sorry we not do that C 3 I equipment any more. And after that for while Royal Thai Air Force require SB-3614 Tactical Switchboards Systems for 3 Base RTAF Station. And after that 3 months again GTE called me and said " Sorry we not do that equipment any more " So I am very-very Surprised ?? " And I told them sorry about that, Good bye GTE !!!.

== Mr. Warren sent me to work in Iran, Viet Nam, Cambodia, and Laos, When I work in Tabriz area center in Iran country, I very happy to received the letters from them such Mr. Warren, Mr. Shepard, Mrs. Dida, Mr. Jack Kinnally, Mr. John Jansen, Mrs. Gloria Mac Farlane Faulkner, Mr. Ron Croft, Mr. Bill Haycock, Mr. Russ Jared, Mr. Walt Mitchell, and all everyone wrote to me mostly said the same " Outlaw you far away from home you have to be good boy, this job will be good for you, and drink a little bit" NIT NOI", and growing your money to in your bank account." ( Oh! I swear to speak the truth I really very happy because everyone wrote that and like and supporting me always, I very thank you very much and also I am to be in debted owe to everyone of them and I never forget them that ) So, after I come back from Iran I bought small brand new house in Bangkok that money from I worked in Iran. And my wife with my childrens so happy because we never have our own house before. And we very enjoyed stay at our home always. We not like to go out often like before.

== Mr. Dave Shepard, I worked for him since 1969 in Page office Bavgkok, and I owe him lots, He helped me everything how he can both country in Thailand and Iran. When I work in Tabriz area at Iran he and Mrs. Dida remind me always said that stay out of trouble don't spend too much money, you far away from home, and groying your money to in your bank account. He and her kindly me always. I can not forget them that. And also I Owe them lots. I never pay anything them back nothing untill now.

== Mr. Ron Croft, I was met him at Page office in Bangkok since 1971. We keep in touch always. And in 1975 I had sending him the details information project tender about International New Air Port Bangkok Thai Government at Nong Ngoo Howa area ( Big Project 10 years long ) And that time he work with Northrop Airport Development Corporation (NADC) Program Managerment NADC I and him we keep in touch together always, because we really like to have that project. So, almost Northrop just will sign that contract. But the Government they have Accident Trouble ??. and NADC can not sign contract. And then that Contract project be cancel. ( Ask, Mr. Ron Croft he know very well what happen about Contract Accident??. If he not forget it.)

== Mrs. Dida Andrew, I met her since 1969 at PAGE in Bangkok office. She helped me manything lots. When I go to Iran she pick me up at Tehran air port and also I was stay with her family house for while. Her family very good to me. And in 1976 she give money 100 USD to her friend in USA and her friend go visit to Thailand and bring that money give to me. I am very pleased that and thank you Madame Dida very much. So, I owe her manything lots now. I Swear, I never forget that.

== Mrs. Gloria Mac Farlane Faulkner, I met her since 1971 at PAGE bangkok office. After that she work for Mr. W. Doug Carter he is PAGE Vice President of Southeast Asia Operations. And in 1975 she mail the money 1000 Baht from USA by letter air mail to me in Bangkok. When I open her letter envelope I saw her letter with money 1000 Baht and her picture, and then I very happy so much, and on her letter said " Outlaw I am sending you 1000 Baht, you must use it to buy rice to eat, and not to go to " PATPONG ROAD." Thank you very much Madame Gloria. Oh! Yes Sir stop to go to PATPONG ROAD for long-long time ago. I owe you many thing lots now. Thank you very much again. I never forget you. (35 years long now, never see you) And I don't know where are you now ??. And how are you??. Please say hello to Dennis for me, thank you.

== Mr. Jim Mcleod, I met him since 1971 at PAGE Bangkok office. After that he is Vice President of Engineers of PAGE / CONTEL Federal Systems. In 1985 he and other push me back to work with CONTEL RTADS FMS U.S. Government and Thai Government Project in Thailand again. And we keep in touch together. He helped and supporting me always. And also if I like to do something about Page or others then I always ask him to help me. I know that I am owe him lots. And I am sure never forget that.

== Mr. Bill Winters I met him since 1969 at Page office Bangkok. He is Chief Engineers Communications project Page U.S. Military USASTRATCOM in Thailand contract. And I have been to his office room often to give him documents and his letters mail. He very nice to me. After he leave from Bangkok, then Mr. Jim Mcleod gave his address to me, and I keep in touch with him untill now.

== Mr. Clayton Benner, he Chief Engineers M&O Iran project. When I go to Iran, he sent me to work at Tabriz area site center it is the south of Iran and slose Iraq country, and I have been work 10 sites up on mountains and also bad danger road up there. But it is the first time in my life to see snowing and very-very cool down there and I am almost death for very cool. ( Maybe Mr. Clayton Benner did not like me, just why he sent me to work up on the mountains there )
