During the period 1958 to 1960 I was involved in Troposcatter Systems in Japan. During the period 1963 through 1967 I was involved in ALL of the Army Communication Systems in the Pacific and in South East Asia. Page was the contractor for most of these systems. My perspective is from my involvement in these systems, in most cases well before they became commercial contracts won by Page. During the next several weeks I will write several articles that will provide information that has never before been documented.
